The Cumbria Way 2017

Join Ascents of Adventure on a guided walking holiday along the Cumbria Way. For 2016 and 2017 I am offering fully guided, or self guided, and supported walking holidays on the Cumbria Way. Maximum group size for all walking holidays will be 8 people.

The Cumbria Way is an ideal choice for a first walking holiday. It is 75 miles long, starting from Ulverston and finishing in Carlisle. It follows a series of low level footpaths before building to the highest reached point of the trip, the aptly named High Pike, in the Skiddaw group of Fells.

All Cumbria Way walking holidays provide B and B accommodation (may be shared rooms and can include Youth Hostels). You will need to purchase your own evening meals. Extra luggage is transported to your next nights accommodation so you need only carry a fairly light rucksack each day.

I include a number of later trips in the year - take a chance on the weather though.
